Telegram bot: order a password and receive the PDF

Place the order in @BiosZone_bot. Before payment, the bot shows the assembled Service Tag, support response and price. Compare that tag with your Dell screen before choosing a payment method.

/start

Starts the flow with language selection.

/menu

Returns to the main menu. Use /help for the bot’s FAQ.

The main menu offers a free sample PDF. It shows the output format; it is not a password generated for your device.

Order confirmation

Shows the complete Service Tag and price before payment. Available payment methods are listed on this screen.

1. Open @BiosZone_bot, send /start and choose your language.
2. Select the suffix shown on your Dell password screen. Its button also displays the current price.
3. Send the seven letters or digits before the dash, or paste the complete Service Tag including the suffix.
4. Read the complete Service Tag in the bot’s reply and compare every character with the screen. Check the price.
5. If the tag or suffix is wrong, use the back button. It returns to the suffix menu: select the correct suffix and enter the code again before paying.
6. Choose a payment method from the order screen and follow its instructions. Payment confirmation time depends on the method.
7. After payment confirmation, the bot generates the result automatically. Save the PDF and the accompanying message with the password and character explanations.

The order result is a PDF report and its accompanying chat message. Continue to the guide on checking the report and entering the password.
